1.) coconut milk, with ginger, garlic, onion and chllies- simmer fish in this sauce
 
2.) grill or deep fry the lionfish then make a dip which consists of one salted boiled egg, one onion, and one tomato    cut eggs,onion and tomato   mix   then add a little vinegar/spices, dip the fish in the sauce and enjoy
 
3.) pancake mix, lemon pepper, lime juice, milk and egg mix together and dip the lionfish in the batter then deep fry
 
4.) grilled marinated in calamnsi juice and salt. for the dip; crush 3 chillies add soy sauce and calamansi juice
